Refund and cancellation policy
Version: 2026-10-19
Free trial. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take your card when you sign up and remind you by email 7 days and 3 days before your first charge. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from Me → Billing, in as few steps as it took to sign up. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops renewing. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Refunds after your first charge. If you change your mind after your first paid charge, ask within 7 days and we'll refund it in full. A refund in this window also ends your plan at once.
Yearly plans. We remind you 30 days before a yearly plan renews. Ask within 14 days of a yearly charge, first or renewal, for a full refund; that refund also ends your plan at once. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for; we don't refund part-years.
Monthly plans. After the first 7 days, monthly charges aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of that month.
Changing plans. Upgrades take effect straight away, and we charge the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Mistakes are always refunded. If we charge you twice, charge the wrong amount, or charge you after you cancelled, we refund it in full, whenever you tell us.
Coaches and their athletes. Athletes coached on Payload are included in their coach's plan and are never charged for it. If a coach cancels, their athletes keep their own data.
Deleting your account. Deleting your account cancels your subscription. The refund rules above still apply.
How to ask. Use Me → Billing or email [email protected]. We reply within two working days, and refunds go back to the card you paid with (usually 5–10 days to appear).
Your rights. If the law where you live gives you more rights than this policy, those rights apply.
